kuchnia: wprowadzenie wirtualnego stanu dla okapu

Normalne sterowanie okapem jest realizowane dimmerem (0-100%).
Wirtualny stan jest po to, żeby się sceny dobrze mapowały i do współpracy
HomeHabit.
